Payment and Pricing

- Full payment or a deposit is required before the project begins.
- Refunds are not available.
- A £20 deposit is required to secure your order and is included in the total price.

- Currency conversions may affect the final amount received.
- Price adjustments may occur over time without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.
Project Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity.
- Delays caused by lack of communication or late responses are not the provider’s responsibility.
- Completed projects will be sent via digital transfer (email, Google Drive, or Discord).
- Clients will receive progress updates at agreed intervals.
- Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
- Ongoing maintenance is not provided unless stated in the service description.
- Projects may include preview watermarks until full payment is confirmed.
- Clients are responsible for verifying all deliverables upon receipt.
Distribution & Sharing
- Clients may use delivered work for personal or commercial use.
- Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of assets, source files, or code without written permission is prohibited.
- Distribution rights may be revoked if these Terms are violated.
- Modifying and redistributing work for derivative projects is allowed only with approval.
- Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action under copyright law.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with platform rules (Roblox, Discord).
- Distribution rights do not transfer ownership; copyright remains with the creator.
Limitation of Liability
- I am not responsible for damages, loss, or data issues after delivery.
- Lost or damaged files cannot be recovered.
- Platform or technical changes are outside my control.
- Third-party hosting issues are not my responsibility.
- Errors may be corrected at reasonable discretion.
- Liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service.
- No guarantees of business or game success are provided.

Discounts & Promotional Offers
- Discounts are valid only during the stated promotional period.
- Discounts are applied automatically.

- Clients must keep contact details accurate.
Service Rules & Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide complete and accurate details before work begins.
- I will not assist with anything that violates platform rules.
- Unprofessional behavior ends the working relationship with no refund.
- Clients may not request stolen or copyrighted assets.
- Delays caused by missing client information are not my responsibility.
- Clients must back up files after delivery.
Website Rules & Usage
- The website may only be used for lawful purposes.
- Copying, scraping, or reverse-engineering content is prohibited.

Refunds & Cancellations

- Failure to provide information within 7 days may cancel the project with no refund.
- No refunds after major work completion.
- If I cannot complete a project, a refund may be offered.
- Refunds are not provided for client-caused delays.
Hosting Terms

- Hosting setup applies only to included services.
- Hosting fees must be paid on time.

Client Conduct
